Gender Differences in Family Structure

Utilizing the National Survey of College Graduates to examine and quantify the gender wage gap and the impact of motherhood on the difference in pay as compared to fatherhood. Developed a linear regression model using Weighted Least Squares to estimate the severity of the gender wage gap and outline the effect difference the parenthood penalty has between male-dominated or female-dominated fields in the private, for profit business sector.
